Hearing Solution |
If you decide to keep the hearing instrument/s you are provided with information on cleaning, management and our hearing aid battery loyalty card. Your hearing aid/s are covered by manufacturers warranty for a minimum of 12 months up to 5 years. We will continue to look after you and your hearing aid/s for the life of the aid/s. You are encouraged to come back as many times as you wish for consultations and adjustments. |
Refund |
If the hearing aid/s are not proving to be of benefit, you may return the hearing aid(s) to us for any reason within the 30 day od the delivery date, provided the aid(s) are in satisfactory condition. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund less the small non-refundable deposit This is to cover the initial consultation, review appointments, administration of trial and consumables such as moulds and batteries etc. Please note this fee is charged per customer, not per hearing aid - you are not charged more than once, even if you try more than one instrument. |
