NEW - 5 YEAR MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR THE SERVICE AND ADJUSTMENT OF HEARING AIDS As part of our ongoing service to our clients, Falls of Sound are pleased to announce that we will be introducing a NEW Free 5 Year Hearing Aid Maintenance Plan. We are interested in making sure your hearing aid/s will be continuously serviced so that clients are able to receive the maximum benefit from wearing their selected hearing aids. All new clients will receive a 5 Year Maintenance Card when purchasing new hearing aids. Clients who have purchased hearing aids from our clinic in the past will also be able to benefit from our 5 Year Maintenance Plan and those clients will also receive this new maintenance card to cover the remainder of the allocated services and adjustments up to 5 years from the original fitting date of their aid/s. We trust this new maintenance option will be of benefit to you by easing the burden of the costs involved for maintaining and servicing your hearing aid/s. We look forward to seeing you all at Falls of Sound on a regular basis for your hearing aid maintenance. Please note that this Maintenance Plan does not apply to our clients who are pensioners or veterans on the Australian Government Hearing Services Program as those clients receive similar benefits. |
