I am extremely happy with the service provided by Falls of Sound in the recent purchase of hearing aids and the sub- sequent follow up service provided. The customer service is excellent. It is refreshing to see an emphasis on providing a good customer service rather than a focus on how much money can be made from the client as is the case with some companies.
